1. Solid-core 8’ doors on main floor and 7’ doors on second floor and basement, with lever type door handles, as per builder’s samples. 2. First floor, second floor and basement trimmed with baseboard with quarter-round, and casing together with backband, as already on site. 3. All interior walls to be given one coat of primer and two coats of quality paint, as per purchaser’s colour selection. 4. Doors and trim to be primed and painted as per purchaser’s colour selection. 5. Elegant natural oak stairs, as already installed, with oak handrail and iron pickets, as per builder’s samples. 6.
